Concept of the two parallel houses is based on the local conditions of the given site. On the one side it neighbors high rise apartment blocks and on the other forest border. Two forms are situated parallel to the existing communication and thus enable views to the country side. Two blocks are connected with the two level of underground parking. Apartments are reached via a long corridor. Apartments offer ranges from one bedroom up to four bedroom flats. Penthouses are situated on the top floor with spacious exterior terraces overlooking Malé Karpaty. In order to retain quiet character of the area retail spaces were not incorporated. Landscaped park with children playground is planned to increase living standards for future residents.
